Lemon Valley Holidays Privacy and Cookies Policy

This privacy policy sets out the high standards used by Lemon Valley Holidays to protect your personal data in compliance with the 2018 EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Act 2019. It will detail what data we collect from you, how we use that data and who else that data is shared with. This document will be reviewed and changes made when appropriate.

What data do we collect from you and why?

Through our Online Enquiry forms, Contact Us forms and Tailor Made forms, as well as over the phone, via email and other instant messaging services, we will collect information from you. By submitting these forms you agree to the storage and handling of your data in accordance with our privacy policy. We may also need to collect information from people you are travelling with so please make sure they are also aware of our privacy policy. To enable us to respond to an enquiry and fulfil a booking we will need to collect the following data:

- Names, dates of birth, nationalities and passport details for all travellers
- Contact Information; including telephone numbers, email and postal addresses of the person making the booking
- Credit/debit card or other payment information

What do we do with your Information?

We use your personal data to fulfil our contract with you and to create and provide our itineraries and accommodation reservations. Where your personal data has been provided for the purpose of the holiday arrangements or other services you have contracted, we are entitled to retain this data for a period of six years after those arrangements have been completed. In certain limited circumstances, we may be able to retain it for a longer period. This information is kept securely to enable us to provide you with any future bookings, if you wish for this data to be removed from our files then please do email us at contact@lemonvalleyholdiays.com and we will make sure your contact details are removed from our files.

We may use your personal data to contact you in the future with an update on our services and some promotional materials. Again if you wish to unsubscribe please contact us.

Who do we share your information with?

We do not sell or share your personal data with any 3rd party organisations for the purposes of marketing products or services. Your data is never given to advertisers.
It is necessary for us to share your information with our contractors, service providers and suppliers in order to fulfil our business obligations as a tour operator, as outlined above.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small text file which is added to your computer’s hard drive whenever you visit or navigate a website. Cookies can serve many functions across the web; most commonly cookies are used to analyse web traffic and web applications.
