Parador - Granada for 2 nights
Your first hotel is the jewel in the crown of Andalucían hotels,
set within the grounds of The Alhambra Palace this converted
15th Century convent has stunning views over the Generalife
gardens and the albaicin. It's dreamlike interior is a mix of
Moorish and Christian design with fountains, shaded patios,
trees and arches. The coffered ceiling dining room and the
summer terrace offer such specialities as Gazpacho Andaluz (cold
tomato soup) and Grenadian beans with Serrano ham from the
mountain village of Trevelez.

Palace - Ecija (between Cordoba
and Seville) for 1 night
Your hotel in Ecija is a converted palace within the historical
Andalucia village of Ecija. It has been chosen so you can
experience the stunning beauty of this new boutique hotel; an
undiscovered haven of tranquillity and design which exudes all
things Andalucian from the light and airy patio to the grand
palatial suites. Breakfast is served on the patio and a "menu
del dia" is prepared daily by the hotels award winning chef
exclusively for guests.
Parador - Carmona (just outside
Seville) for 2 nights
For your stay near Seville you will be based actually inside a 14th Century
Arabic fortress that has been converted into one of the most visited Paradors of
Spain. Craftsmen that worked on the Alcazar in Seville also built many parts of
the fort and the dining room is known as the most beautiful of all Paradors.
Adorned with priceless antiques throughout, specialties of the menu include Cartuja de Perdiz (Partridge with vegetables) and spicy Carmona spinach. The
hotel has a swimming pool which is set in grounds that have stunning views of
the surrounding countryside.
Palace - Jerez de la Frontera for 3 nights
This lovely converted palace is in the very centre of Jerez
de la Frontera sitting between the cathedral and the Moorish Alcazar. The palace
has been restored to its former glory and original colours. All of the hotels
bedrooms have been individually styled and have high ceilings and exposed beams.
The hotels terrace looks out over the city with the cathedral tower dominating
the skyline.
Parador - Ronda for 2 nights
Your last few nights in Andalucia will be spent in the privileged location of
the Ronda Parador, on the edge of the 120m deep El Tajo gorge. Built in 1761
this Parador is decorated in the deep Mediterranean colours of blue, green,
yellow and red and the bedrooms have stunning views of the town and the
surrounding mountains. Its restaurant is a show case of true Andalucían cuisine
with specialities such as "ajo blanco" (cold garlic soup), roast rabbit Ronda
style and "Yemas Rondeñas" (sweet egg yolk flans).
