How to Pay :

There are a number of ways that you can for your holiday.

by a GB pounds sterling cheque drawn from a UK bank account

by electronic bank transfer (BACS or wire transfer)

by credit card - we can accept MasterCard and Visa (there is a 2.8% surcharge on all payments made by credit card)

by debit card card - we can accept UK Maestro, Switch or Solo

If making a bank transfer the amount transferred needs to correspond with the amount for the holiday in Euros. Please check the amount with current exchange rates on the day of sending, and make sure you accept all charges of sending and receiving. (BACS payments from the UK do not normally incur any charges)

f paying by cheque we will send you the required amount in pounds sterling using an average exchange rate from the previous 2 weeks. A new conversion will be made when your balance is due.

If paying by debit or credit card we will call you for your details and then process them through the secure on-line HSBC merchant web site. Paying by credit card offers you extra protection for your holiday, as outlined by your card issuer.

Important information for debit & credit card payments

Even though your holiday is priced in Euros the HSBC bank processes our credit card transactions in GB pounds sterling so we need to make a conversion from Euros to GB pounds before taking your payment.

As we then have to transfer the money to Spain to pay for your holiday we need to use the conversion rate that the HSBC bank gives us for foreign transfers which is always slightly lower that the actual rate. For example: if the GB pound to Euro rate is 1.39 we would use a rate of 1.37 to convert the amount of your holiday in Euros to GB pounds.
