A cancellation can only be made in writing or email by the person who paid the deposit and accepted the terms and conditions of booking. The following charges apply for cancelled bookings:

If you cancel 30 days prior to departure  - loss of deposit

between 14 & 30 days before departure - 50% of total holiday

less than 14 days before departure full payment

Where possible, if you unexpectedly need to cancel we always try and transfer as much of the holiday as possible to a later date (this is solely at our discretion).
